President
Approaching leadership like an entrepreneur, Jeffrey frames Heller Consulting’s mission as enabling nonprofits to thrive through strategic technology investment and creative problem-solving.
Background
Jeffrey began working with nonprofits in 1997. Starting as an intern at the San Francisco chapter of the Anti-Defamation League, he went on to be a Development Associate at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco and then at the Stern Grove Festival.
Heller Career
He has been at Heller for 20 years, and was the fledgling company's second hire. He developed and harnessed a broad array of technical and operational skills, taking on increasingly complex responsibilities, in progressively more challenging roles including Senior Consultant, VP of Professional Services, CEO, and President.
Leadership
Today, he leads the firm’s largest and most complex CRM projects, directs Heller’s services teams and oversees overall business processes and objectives. Jeffrey leads Heller's vision, positioning the agency as the technology consulting partner of choice for nonprofit and educational organizations across the United States and Canada.
