Erin Royster
Erin Royster is a highly accomplished Strategy Consultant with extensive experience in strategic planning, program management, and organizational leadership. Erin has served as the Director of Strategic Operations & Deployment at Tulsa Public Schools where she partnered with the superintendent and other leaders to plan and execute the organization’s strategic initiatives. Previously, Erin held the position of Executive Director at Camp Fire Heartland, where they led core functions in HR, Finance, Administration, Communication, and Development. Erin established strategic partnerships, developed HR policies, and orchestrated revenue growth strategies, resulting in a 45% increase in program partnerships and a 25% increase in program enrollment within the first 90 days.
Erin’s diverse background also includes roles such as Senior Program Manager of Youth Services at Community Action Agency of KC, and Program Director at Columbia Housing Authority Low Income Services. In these roles, Erin demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, compliance, continuous improvement, and grant writing and management.

Erin holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center at Yale School of Management, a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Missouri.
