Eryka Varnado
Eryka joined Heller Consulting after years of working with nonprofits in resource development, volunteer management and programming. A positive force wherever she goes, she’s held roles at Feeding South Florida and the American Heart Association. She has also served on the Executive Leadership Team of Urban League of Broward County Young Professionals Network and served on the board of the Broward New Leaders Council. At Heller, Eryka’s passion lies in helping her clients find the best ways to streamline their processes so that they can make a greater impact in their communities. Eryka is also a member of the Fall 2022 Salesforce Talent Alliance Career Cohorts Program.

Interests
Eryka is a vegan foodie who loves attending concerts and patronizing farmer’s markets. She also volunteers for several organizations that focus on civic engagement, youth development and food insecurity.
