The Bench is Deep at Team Heller

Tessa Boyce

Senior Consultant

Tessa has seen firsthand how improved data systems can positively impact a nonprofit's experience using technology. Tessa is skilled at finding the best solution for gaps in clients' digital infrastructure. Her goal is clearing away technology roadblocks so her clients can focus on making meaningful change in their communities.

Prior to joining Heller Consulting, Tessa spent six years as part of Alameda County Community Food Bank's volunteer services team, where she played a key role in transitioning multiple systems into Salesforce. This opportunity built on a passion for improving how nonprofits use technology, which she is continuing to develop at Heller. Her experience with nonprofits also includes several years supporting Volunteer Income Tax Assistance sites and volunteering at food banks and books-to-prisoners programs wherever she lives.

When she's not working, Tessa can be found taking meandering neighborhood walks, hiking through the great outdoors, and photographing anything (and everything) that sparks joy along the way. She can also be found cozied up at home reading, spending time with family, doing fiber crafts, and playing video games.
