Leanna’s work history has positioned her to provide tailored experiences for Heller clients, with the overall goal of empowering nonprofits to achieve their missions through the use of technology.

Prior to joining the Heller team, Leanna worked for the Minneapolis Institute of Art for over 15 years. It was there that Leanna was exposed to the inner workings of nonprofits and the desire to be mission driven. Her work in the in the Advancement department came with many business processes and fundraising operation responsibilities in combination with data oversight. During her tenure, she was able to experience a multi-system overhaul and played a key role on the conversion team to the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) in Salesforce.

Leanna is an avid reader (especially historical fiction), music enthusiast, and loves nothing more than stomping around the north shore of Minnesota.
