A seasoned nonprofit expert, Erica began their career as an Americorps VISTA volunteer and program coordinator. They then learned the ins and outs of nonprofit management by spending several years in program and development roles and refined their skills with a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in Nonprofit Management.

Since 2015, Erica has worked at the intersection of Salesforce and nonprofits. Their dedication to their clients and unique ability to analyze organizational processes allows them to do what they loves best – making the world a better place and using cutting edge technology.
