Marc Cima
Marc is a technology leader with over twenty years of experience working with nonprofits. He has worked at the Environmental Defense Fund, where he served as Chief Information Officer and led Salesforce, ERP, Digital technology, IT infrastructure, and Information Security initiatives. Prior to that role, Marc served as the Chief Technology Officer at the September 11 Memorial and Museum where he oversaw all technology aspects of launching and operationalizing the organization. He also served in technology leadership roles at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and worked to modernize their IT systems, processes, and governance. At all these institutions, Marc was instrumental in introducing new systems and technologies, building teams across technology-driven areas, change management, and developing data and technology governance.
