Manuela understands the power of a good pivot. Their dream job was nursing until they discovered they didn't like working intimately with blood and people. So they started in help desk support and soon became invaluable to their nonprofit employers supporting their tech transitions. They have helped organizations build their CRM systems using Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, and other Microsoft tools.

At Heller, they provide expert support in Microsoft implementations and strategy. They count their ability to learn and adapt quickly as their chief strength. They love to see communities benefit when nonprofits have the technology to better reach and engage their constituents.

Manuela is the chair of two nonprofit orgs: Netrippers, which unites the Portland, Oregon LGBTQIA+ community through their love of soccer, and Tech Pout Tous, which trains Cameroonians on computer and smartphone use.
