Shawneda was the project manager on a solution strategy engagement with the Cancer Research Institute. She supported the team at CRI choose a long-term technology solution that supported their organization’s members and the people they serve.
Shawneda was the project manager on a major Salesforce implementation for the Alameda County Community Food Bank. As well as keeping the complex project on time and on budget, she supported food bank team to make decisions that improved their processes and accelerated their ability to meet their mission of reducing food insecurity in the Bay Area.
