Katie brings 10 years of nonprofit experience to her role helping Heller clients to get the most out of Salesforce. Before joining us, she managed CRM implementation projects and directed operations at a nonprofit that matched low-income students with undergraduate advisors.

With a deep commitment to the nonprofit sector, she says her passion is to help clients get the most from their technology. When she’s not supporting Heller clients, Katie enjoys playing with her dog Ziggy and enjoying the outdoors.
