With a background in K-12 teaching, sales, account management, and strategic project management, Kelsy is the Swiss army knife Heller clients need to navigate their large tech projects. She has 14 years of experience in education, including as an ed tech project manager, and is passionate about supporting our clients to reach their mission goals.
At Heller, Kelsy provides project leadership and support for a variety of technical implementation projects. She is expert at leveraging tech tools to help orgs be more efficient and effective at changing their communities for the better.
Kelsy has experience running DEI programs and a large Employee Resource Group, where she successfully advocated for the expansion of fertility benefits.
