When Keith Heller got his start in the nonprofit industry back in 1993, software designed specifically for nonprofits was in its infancy. As demand grew for constituent relationship management (CRM) solutions and CRM planning, so did opportunities to create next-generation nonprofit IT ecosystems, and Heller Consulting was launched.
Today, we’re a team of over 30 experienced nonprofit solutions experts and we love to help organizations find a better way of using technology to manage fundraising activities, donations, volunteer activities, program services, and outreach. What sets us apart from the competition is our deep understanding that technology will only work if people have the skills and desire to use it. That’s why we take the time and make the effort to fully engage all stakeholders in the development and implementation of CRM planning strategies.
