Trent Johnson leads Heller’s Data Services practice, helping nonprofit, education, and healthcare organizations modernize their data systems and unlock operational confidence. With more than 10 years of experience designing and delivering scalable data architectures and solutions for complex organizations, Trent brings a strong background that includes senior leadership roles across engineering, architecture, and data services. He led nonprofit data services company DMI when it became part of Heller.

He specializes in large-scale data management, data strategy, data integration platforms, and full-stack application development. Trent’s technical expertise spans web development and design, software development, MySQL, Agile methodologies, JavaScript, Linux, IBM iSeries, PostgreSQL, IBM Db2, and Snowflake.
