In joining Heller as an Account Executive, you’ll be joining a team of highly motivated, highly collaborative, intelligent, funny and committed folks and working on expanding the firm’s presence in the Nonprofit and Higher Education space. We are looking for someone who is motivated and a motivating team player. Your focus in this role is making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. Poise and an engaging, empathetic communication style are the key to achieving your goals. While the role requires strong initiative and self-direction, results are only achieved with and through people. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals is essential. The role requires a high degree of “selling”, whether of ideas and policies within the prospects’ organization, or products or services in the marketplace. You will enjoy a variety of tasks and a dynamic and changing environment. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing environment is a critical key to success.

This position’s primary focus and efforts will be to meet annual sales revenue target set on annual Sales Plan by building and maintaining a robust pipeline and closing deals.
