Prior to joining Heller, I worked at the Breast Cancer Resource Center (BCRC), a nonprofit organization serving men and women in Central Texas that have been diagnosed with breast cancer. During my time with the organization I had many responsibilities ranging from client intake, assisting with volunteer management, facilitating a diagnostic assistance program to managing the organization’s Salesforce platform.
It was at the BCRC where I developed an interest in the ways data and technology can help an organization work more effectively and efficiently toward their mission, monitor their impact, and provide the most honest and accurate data to funders. This led me to serve as an independent Salesforce consultant, which introduced me to a number of other organizations and helped to expand my skillset.
I love to see how Salesforce can empower an organization as they work toward their important missions and provide positive impacts in the communities they serve.
I hold a degree in Community Education & Spanish from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and am a Certified Salesforce Administrator.
