Ken is an experienced business process consultant who has been working with nonprofits for over 10 years. He first started volunteering at Green for All, and was soon hired into the fundraising department as the CRM administrator. During this time, he learned how to help an organization take advantage of their technology across development and operations for effective program and outcomes tracking. Ken continues this work at Heller developing efficient Salesforce technical solutions that enable organizations to use their systems to make the most impact on their missions. He graduated from Carleton College in Northfield, MN with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, and is a Salesforce-certified Administrator, Force.com Developer, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, and Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer. Outside of his professional life, Ken enjoys hanging out by Lake Merritt and exploring all that Oakland and the greater Bay Area has to offer.
