List and Database Census Spreadsheet
Do you struggle with information “silos” that hold overlapping information but don’t connect? Want to solve that problem? The first step is to create a list of your organization’s systems so you get a big-picture perspective. Use this List and Database Census Spreadsheet to record key information about each of your information silos. We’ve provided columns for a half-dozen systems; just add more columns if needed. Don’t feel compelled to answer every question for every system, but do answer as many as you can. It might require research and conversation with colleagues, and that very effort may show you a path forward.

Some of the organizations I worked with are the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, City Harvest and Art21.
As the VP of Professional Services at Heller Consulting, I oversee the work we do to implement technology solutions and strong business practices across a wide range of nonprofits. I love working with project teams – both my staff and our clients – to ensure that the right resources and skills are brought to bear on any initiative. I’m amazed every day by the work carried out by our clients and I love working as a team to help make that work more efficient and effective.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and a Master’s degree in Philanthropic Studies the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy – Indiana University Center on Philanthropy where I serve on the Alumni Board. I am a committee member of the Association of Change Management Professionals, am a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and have a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
I have always been passionate about and drawn to the nonprofit sector. Before joining Heller Consulting I spent 3 years with Community Resources for Science, a nonprofit that connects Bay Area scientists to public elementary classrooms and teachers. During my time at the organization, I had the opportunity to wear many hats and manage volunteers, teachers, development & fundraising, strategic planning, the Salesforce database, and delve into virtually every other aspect of a nonprofit organization. I quickly found that my strengths and passions lie in finding solutions, making systems more efficient and manageable, and innovating when necessary to achieve goals. I bring this experience and these skills, as well as those that I gained as an independent Salesforce consultant, to Heller.
I have seen firsthand how Salesforce can drive success and efficiency in nonprofits and I want every organization to have the opportunity to effectively utilize the tools that help them to achieve that.
I hold a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics and French & Francophone Studies from the Pennsylvania State University. I am a Salesforce Certified Administrator and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
