Mick brings to Heller a broad base of experience serving clients in nonprofit organizations, higher ed institutions, and partner firms. He has held roles in campaign management, development, sales, communications, marketing, data analytics, and prospect research.
At Heller Consulting, Mick is responsible for new and existing business development in our nonprofit and higher ed markets. He leverages his experience in strategy and fundraising technology to support clients to make good tech decisions.
Mick believes that his calling to make nonprofits more effective is a win-win for Heller and for the world.
He is also an active member of his professional communities. He has been a judge for the Direct Marketing Association of Washington’s MAXIs and the Association of National Advertisers’ REGGIEs. He has presented at the Association of Fundraising Professionals Bridge Conference and at public media and poverty alleviation trade shows.

Mick’s favorite weekend escape is a motorcycle ride into the mountains to camp. He enjoys San Diego’s weather with his family and performs local service work for political and agricultural organizations.
