Microsoft Announces New AI Capabilities for Nonprofits
The possibilities of how nonprofits can use Microsoft solutions just keeps growing. Today, Microsoft is announcing new AI capabilities for Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit. The new release is aimed at fundraising and marketing, with updates designed to:
- Optimize fundraising
- Drive donor-centric marketing
- Improve engagement and productivity
- Leverage data to find donors who are most likely to donate

Fundraising and Engagement + Dynamics 365 Marketing Implementation
With this service, we take your team through a detailed gap analysis of your organization’s requirements and the Fundraising and Engagement solution. We also document functional requirements and required configurations. We then configure your Fundraising and Engagement environment and out-of-the-box functionalities. We also create two custom reports and integrate your payment gateway.
For Dynamics 365 Marketing, we configure your environment and implement one email template. We also create one marketing segment and customer journey to get you started.
Teaching your team to use new technology is a critical component of any implementation. So, we also provide you with testing and documentation. We also train your users and system administrator and provide one year of post-deployment support.

Data Migration Assessment
