What we’re learning about AI right now

Artificial Intelligence is evolving quickly and more nonprofits are sizing up the task of AI implementation. We’re working with organizations to move past experimentation and into practical use: identifying where AI can support fundraising, marketing, and operations without adding risk or unnecessary complexity. We’ll share what we’re seeing in the field, where AI is delivering value today, and where organizations should be cautious.

How nonprofit platforms are changing

The platforms that nonprofits depend on are actively evolving in 2026. We’re tracking new iterations of solutions like Raiser’s Edge NXT and the Kindsight Fundraising Platform, and what those changes mean in practice: how they impact data strategy, integrations, reporting, and long-term flexibility. These conversations are increasingly about fit, architecture, and tradeoffs—not just features.

Donor data that actually works

We’re seeing more organizations move beyond fragmented data toward unified, usable systems.
