Project and Operations Associate
Prior to joining Heller in 2010, Michael worked in a range of support and analytical roles for nonprofit and financial consulting firms. He is adept at assembling a wide range of project metrics to assist team managers in the planning, monitoring, and execution of project tasks across multiple project timelines. He also conducts analysis, reviews forecasting, and establishes benchmarks to monitor the overall state of Heller’s project portfolio for ongoing strategic operational and planning purposes.
