The Content Manager is responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining Heller Consulting’s library of marketing and sales content to support brand visibility, lead generation, and sales enablement. This role serves as the operational anchor of Heller’s content engine—planning and managing content production, editing and quality-assuring deliverables, and coordinating contributions from internal subject matter experts, freelancers, and partners.

The Content Manager ensures all content aligns with Heller’s brand voice, supports strategic marketing goals, and enables the sales team with compelling assets such as case studies, guides, proposals, and thought leadership pieces.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content management, content marketing, or editorial roles
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience managing content calendars, workflows, and multi-stakeholder review processes
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content management
• Experience in the nonprofit, healthcare and/or higher education sector preferred
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of enterprise software and technology marketplace preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Responsibilities

Content Planning & Workflow Management

• Coordinate with Director of Marketing, Sales leadership, and SMEs to plan content priorities
• Manage content production timelines and review cycles
• Maintain a content repository for marketing and sales teams

Content Creation, Editing & Publication

• Write, edit, and update content for website, blog, guides, case studies, and sales materials
• Ensure content adheres to brand voice and quality standards
• Edit or repurpose existing materials
• Publish and maintain website content

Sales Enablement Content Support

• Maintain library of sales collateral
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Experience teams on proposals and presentations
• Draft or refine content for one-pagers and solution descriptions
• Ensure sales teams have access to relevant materials

Marketing Campaign Support

• Support creation of campaign assets, webinars, and events
• Provide content for conference materials and partner initiatives
• Draft email copy and landing page content

Content Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor performance metrics for website and blog content
• Provide insights to inform content direction
• Optimize content for SEO and lead generation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with internal teams to gather input and source stories
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts as well as freelancers, designers, and external partners
• Participate in team meetings and internal communication
