At Heller Consulting, an RKD Group company, we empower nonprofit, healthcare, and educational organizations with technology strategy, CRM planning, implementation, and change leadership services. We provide strategic implementation services that ensure your people can use your tools confidently. Whether we’re creating a modern data ecosystem, navigating the frontier of AI, or providing fractional CIO leadership, we prioritize strategy over software to help you move from indecision to action and maximize your impact.
Our background
Since Heller’s founding in 1996, we’ve operated with a simple vision: to enable mission-driven organizations (specifically nonprofit, educational, and healthcare orgs) to thrive through their tech stack. We recognized persistent problems in the nonprofit sector—disconnected systems, inefficient data management, and low adoption—and structured our services around them.
While Heller started doing Blackbaud implementations and optimizations, we’ve since expanded our services to help nonprofits with Salesforce, Microsoft, and other nonprofit systems. We continue expanding our tech horizons, recently becoming a certified HubSpot Partner and acquiring Data Management Inc. to ensure we can provide the most value for our clients.
Heller is also a registered B Corporation, recognized as one of a select group of businesses that meets the highest standard of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.
