Prior to joining Heller Consulting, Russel was a senior implementation consultant on the Professional Services team at Neon One. Russel specializes in cross platform data migrations, end user training and system configuration. He also brings extensive experience in the vetting and designing of custom solutions, having created custom applications for national organizations.
At Heller, Russel partners with organizations who are looking to create custom solutions for their unique needs. An expert at gathering requirements and dedicated to listening to his clients, Russel pairs creative problem solving with deep nonprofit technical expertise.

Outside of Heller, Russel enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.
