Rachel Caldwell
Before joining the Heller team, Rachel spent 10 years in the nonprofit sector. She worked with small and mid-size environmental organizations and specialized in implementing strategic approaches for development and communications efforts. Most recently, Rachel was a project manager at Foundant Technologies, where she helped community foundations and education organizations implement new CRM and fund accounting tools. Rachel is passionate about merging human dimensions with technology solutions. She utilizes her background in facilitation to engage teams while driving projects forward. When Rachel is part of your project, she will be providing personalized end-to-end project management.
