Ralitza Zikatanova

Principal Consultant

Prior to joining Heller Consulting in 2014, Rali worked with Bay Area nonprofits to streamline and optimize their uses of Salesforce. She also experienced the power of Salesforce firsthand as an admin and power user at a Berkeley-based nonprofit that matched volunteer scientists with K-5 classrooms for hands on science lessons.

Evolving through many roles at Heller, Rali currently manages a team of consultants and project managers while also working with her portfolio of clients as a project manager, strategist, and change management lead. With a passion for data-driven strategy, her experience includes multi-year, enterprise Salesforce implementations of the NGO Connect and Nonprofit Success Pack, as well as CRM strategy planning projects and system selections. Rali enjoys problem-solving, building excitement about change, and empowering organizations with the tools they need to spend more time on their missions, rather than spending it on data entry.  She has been instrumental in leading organizations through multi-phase implementations including projects with Second Harvest of Silicon Valley and Guide Dogs for the Blind. As a change leader, Rali has put on customized change management workshops for several forward-thinking organizations including Family Caregiver Alliance and UNICEF USA.

Pulling from her years of experience, Rali also leads service delivery development and refinement at the firm.
