Keely has been working with nonprofit organizations and foundations since 2004 in a variety of roles. She began her career as a case manager and project coordinator at Housing Opportunities for Women on Chicago’s North side, then as a Social Worker for the Northwestern Children and Family Justice Center. After several years of providing direct services, she transitioned to the technology sector and worked with several start-ups, managing product development of applications that integrated with Salesforce. Keely joined Heller Consulting in 2015 as a Project Manager overseeing CRM roadmaps, change management engagements and large Salesforce implementation projects.
As Heller’s Client Experience Manager, Keely works with prospective clients to identify clear goals and targeted outcomes for both our strategic services and implementation projects. Skilled at creating the vision and framework for our engagements, Keely’s dedication to the nonprofit sector allows her to lay the groundwork for truly successful projects with the Heller consulting team.
