Before joining the nonprofit sector 14 years ago, Gail worked in the technology industry as a Desktop Support Specialist and System Engineer Consultant for NYC Financial and Legal clients.
Gail entered the nonprofit world as a Program Instructor for NPower’s Technology Service Corps, a technology training program for underserved 18-24 year olds. She continued her tenure with nonprofits by taking a role directing technology for the newly established Center for New York City Neighborhoods (CNYCN) in 2008. This role allowed Gail the opportunity to expand her Salesforce expertise by building a significant number of the organization’s business systems in Salesforce. Gail went on to be CNYCN’s Operations Director before taking the opportunity to refocus her technical chops as a System Administrator/IT Trainer for Henry Street Settlement on the Lower East Side of NYC.
After taking the leap to become a Certified Salesforce Administrator in 2018, Gail joined the Guiding Eyes for the Blind team to lead their internal project team through migrations of their constituent database, as well as their primary program systems.
Gail brings to Heller provisions in Salesforce and CRM, data management and analysis, system design, implementation and support.
