Dana has worked in the nonprofit industry for over 10 years, specializing in operational excellence and Salesforce solutions. Past organizations she has worked for include the Daniel Pearl Foundation, mothers2mothers, and most recently Tides. She is passionate about striking a balance between people, systems/processes, and purpose. She has held the role of Salesforce administrator at every organization she has worked for and has extensive Salesforce implementation and project management experience. Dana is a thought leader for nonprofit technology. She speaks at nonprofit conferences including most recently the NetHope Global Summit.
