Bill Baldwin

Before joining Heller Consulting, I spent more than five years on staff at New York Blood Center.  After starting in the organization’s customer service department, I eventually became the Strategic Projects Manager and Senior Salesforce Administrator. In this role, I led multiple initiatives that expanded NYBC’s use of Salesforce throughout the development, volunteer management, customer service, research and finance departments. During this time, my eyes were opened to how nonprofit organizations could better accomplish their missions by taking advantage of the same types of Salesforce solutions that Fortune 500 companies use.

I bring more than a dozen years of combined experience in account management, process improvement, and database administration to Heller Consulting.  I enjoy working with committed teams of people with diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.  As a member of Team Heller, I relish the opportunity to help nonprofit organizations solve complex problems with innovative technological solutions.  Change is rarely easy, but it can be incredibly rewarding for people and organizations when designed thoughtfully and managed responsibly.

I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Clemson University, and I am a Certified Administrator.
